We are able to set a lower fee than other lawyers of similar experience because we work on the basis of a set fee to be paid at the time of consultation.

For most people an hour-long consultation will be sufficient. We charge a half-hour rate for subsequent visits.

Initial consultation $195.00 plus GST per/hour

Subsequent visits $100.00 plus GST per1/2 hour (or part thereof).

Payment is required at the time of consultation. We accept EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard.



Where required we can assess your eligibility for legal aid and assist you with your application. You will be required to bring the necessary supporting documentation with you. We will not see you until this has been attended to or we are satisfied that the information is readily available.
